Square D PowerPact HD060 Circuit Breaker HDL3600 3 PHASE 60A

For sale is a Square D PowerPact HD060 Circuit Breaker HDL3600 3 PHASE 60A.
I received it with a pile of new and used breakers. I looked at it
very closely and I could not find what I call "evidence of use",
such as scratches on the terminals that I would expect from normal
tightening. It does not even have much shelf wear. I am reluctant to call it new, but at the same time, I
could not find any evidence of it having been used.
