This is a Mitsubishi Meldas CNC power supply module, model PD21B,
manufactured by TDK Corporation in Japan (dated September 1993).
This unit is designed for Mitsubishi Meldas CNC control systems and
features terminal outputs for +5V, +12V, -12V, and +24V.
Condition: The item is in used cosmetic condition. There are handwritten
marker notations on the plastic faceplate and some wire label scraps
remaining on the screw terminals. The metal casing shows typical light
wear and minor scuffs from installation.
Includes only the power supply module as pictured. Untested.
